About
Nick Sood is the Founder and Clinician at Ears R Us – Hearing Specialists. His educational background spans medical studies and advanced hearing sciences. Nick began his professional training in medical school before transitioning into the field of hearing healthcare, where he discovered a passion for helping people reconnect with the sounds that shape their lives. He later completed his formal education in Hearing Instrument Sciences at MacEwan University.
Nick is a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC) and is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BC-HIS) through the International Hearing Society (IHS). He holds Advanced Certification in Cerumen Management through CHCPBC and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).
With more than a decade of clinical experience, Nick has helped thousands of individuals and families navigate their hearing healthcare journey. His approach combines medical knowledge, evidence-based hearing care, and the latest hearing technology with a strong commitment to professionalism, honesty, and individualized care.
Outside of the clinic, Nick is a devoted husband and proud father who treasures time with his wife, Neha, and their two children Alia & Veer. Whether it’s travelling somewhere new, spending time together around the Lower Mainland, cheering on the Vancouver Canucks, or simply enjoying everyday family life, those moments are what keep him grounded and inspired.
Known for his approachable personality and genuine conversations, Nick believes the best relationships are built on trust, honesty, and authenticity. Those same values shape both his life and his approach to patient care, and they remain the foundation on which Ears R Us was built.
